the kitchen is tucked away in the north windowed area of the loft.  Cook while you take in the view of the city.  This kitchen space opens up into a massive dining table area where one can comfortably host 12 people plus at its two combined wooden tables.  There is a pegboard next to the deep farmers kitchen sink where an array of colorful cups and mugs hang as well as an assortment of large and small pots and pans.  Anything and everything you need to entertain is found somewhere in this kitchen.  The dining room adjacent to the kitchen has terracotta tiles and chic mismatched chairs that are welcoming and blend in perfectly to their surroundings.  In the center of the living room a large white couch and several chairs anchor a seating area where you can enjoy your relaxation times thru out the day and settle down for the evening watching the large television and entertainment center on the opposite wall.  Or you can simply curl up and read one of the many books that surround you!

there are three sleeping areas as seen in the photographs and on the floor plan, two are loft areas entered by metal wall mounted ladders carefully crafted in hardwood above the two office areas.  The beds are on a mezzanine floor above the desk area.  The larger sleeping area is at the south side of the loft enveloped in book shelves and an abundance of white closets and drawers, plenty of storage for summer and winter clothing.  The wooden, queen sleigh bed rests against an exquisite screen and is nicely tucked away in a nook separate from the rest of the living areas providing privacy.  The one bathroom at the front of the loft is bright and cheerful and has a bathtub with shower all in and is located next to a separate washer/dryer area.
